What it is
Consultancy, not management
Consultancy here means insight, explanation and educational guidance relating to financial-market concepts. It covers how markets are structured, how instruments behave, how analysis is carried out, and how risk is framed.
It stops well short of anything requiring regulatory authorisation. We do not manage money, hold assets, make decisions on anyone’s behalf, or execute transactions. Those are regulated activities and they are not offered.
The distinction matters: a consultancy engagement leaves every decision, and every consequence, with the person making it.
